Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Oversee staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience working in an international environment.
Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience).
Location:
Chelyabinsk, Russia (open to both Canadian citizens/foreigners).
Note: This is a temporary position with potential for long-term employment. No prior experience or English language skills are required for this role. However, candidates must have a valid biometric passport. High school graduates are encouraged to apply.
