We are currently hiring a Preservation Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about heritage preservation and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historical buildings and structures to determine their architectural significance
- Develop plans for preserving and restoring these buildings while adhering to local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of the building during restoration
- Supervise construction work to ensure it aligns with the approved plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep detailed records of all restoration work done on each building or structure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in preservation architecture or a similar role
- Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and best practices related to heritage preservation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess historical buildings' conditions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various professionals involved in the restoration process

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.
