Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of architectural projects in the city of Faisalabad. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your experience in architecture and knowledge of biometric passport requirements will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and biometric passport regulations
- Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee budgeting and scheduling for each project
- Review project proposals and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management or a related field
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and biometric passport requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Faisalabad. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Pakistan.
