Mason Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of projects
- Inspect work for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques
- Order and track materials needed for projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or issues
- Keep accurate records of work completed and hours worked by team members

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason or in a similar role
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Preferred qualifications:
- Biometric passport (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience working with Indian nationals (preferred but not required)
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages (preferred but not required)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month, along with accommodation.
