Office Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Shan, India. As an English-speaking office, we welcome applicants from all nationalities, with a preference for Indian candidates. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office manager and be able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Monitor and maintain office budget
- Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic HR procedures is a plus

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Shan, India (accommodation provided)

Visa sponsorship available for non-native candidates.
