We are in need of an experienced crane operator to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a crane operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads. This is a full-time position with an urgent need for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before use and report any damages or malfunctions
- Understand and follow safety regulations and procedures while operating the crane
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Ensure proper rigging of loads before lifting them
- Maintain logs and records of daily operations
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes to ensure safe and efficient functioning

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator
- Valid crane operator license
- Ability to read and understand load charts
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available for full-time work with flexible hours

Compensation:
