Office Assistant
We are a busy office in Almada seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and multitasking skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
- Answer and redirect phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and other company events
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and other financial documents
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner and provide assistance when needed
- Collaborate with team members on various projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
Salary: 1600$
Location: Almada
