Administrator
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Eldoret. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating meetings and events, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel accommodations, and preparing meeting materials
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, organizing files and documents, and responding to emails
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with budget planning by tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Provide general support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with basic knowledge of accounting software
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
