Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist in Aalborg. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- Must be able to work flexible hours if necessary

Compensation:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation can also be provided for non-local candidates if needed.
