We are hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions
- Ensure proper storage and maintenance of equipment when not in use
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Complete paperwork and documentation related to equipment usage and maintenance

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Equipment Operator
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of different types of heavy equipment and their capabilities
- Ability to read and understand project plans, blueprints, and diagrams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs on equipment
