We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to keep our properties in top condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, patching walls, and fixing minor leaks
- Conduct repairs on appliances, furniture, and other equipment as needed
- Install new fixtures and equipment as directed by management
- Troubleshoot and repair various systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and security systems
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a trade is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform tasks that require bending or kneeling for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and fellow team members

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the properties but will generally be Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Some weekend work may be required. This position does not include accommodation.
