Equipment Operator


We are hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Almada. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, to assist with construction projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job site safety regulations and procedures
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Safely transport materials, debris, and equipment to and from job sites
- Follow construction plans and instructions provided by supervisors
- Excavate and grade land for construction projects using heavy machinery
- Use hand tools as needed for smaller tasks on job sites
- Work closely with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and instructions
- Familiarity with different types of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions

Salary:
$1300 per month
