Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical tasks, as well as managing the office staff and ensuring smooth operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming calls and emails
- Supervise and train office staff to ensure high-quality work and efficiency
- Organize and maintain all office files, records, and documents
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew (optional)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ashdod (candidates residing in Ashdod or willing to relocate preferred)
