Entry-Level Welder

As an Entry-Level Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications. You will assist in the setup and maintenance of welding equipment, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. You will work under the guidance of experienced welders to learn proper techniques and develop your skills in various types of welding, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. This role requires a strong attention to detail, physical strength, and dexterity to work with various tools and materials. You must be able to read and interpret blueprints and have basic math skills to accurately measure and cut materials. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of welding equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding specifications
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Perform various types of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick) as directed by experienced welders
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in welding is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic math skills for measurement and calculations
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Willingness to learn new techniques and follow instructions from experienced welders
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to safety

Working Conditions:
This role is based in Vejle with no accommodation provided. The working hours may vary depending on project deadlines but typically Monday-Friday during regular business hours. The role may also require occasional overtime or weekend work.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month, with potential for increase based on performance and experience.
