Computer Systems Analyst - Vilnius

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and the ability to analyze complex data and processes to improve efficiency and functionality. This role is open to Indian nationals with experience in computer systems analysis, no English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes for efficiency, functionality, and potential improvements
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for system updates or new system implementations
- Design, develop, and implement new computer systems or system upgrades
- Test and troubleshoot system issues, identifying and resolving any technical problems
- Train employees on new systems or processes as needed
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for optimizations or enhancements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to inform decision making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, databases, programming languages, and network infrastructure
- Experience with analyzing complex data sets and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
