Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Randers is seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as coordinating with clients and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and construction process of architectural projects
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Allocate resources and delegate tasks to team members
- Oversee communication with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Review project plans and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Evaluate project outcomes and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1300 per month
