As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to achieve organizational goals and targets. You will be based in the beautiful Faroe Islands, known for its stunning landscapes and rich culture.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members to ensure smooth operations
- Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely and professional manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a similar industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
