Office Manager
We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our staff. This role is suitable for men with no prior experience or English language skills and does not require accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Provide support to the staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries
- Ensure office policies and procedures are adhered to
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Identify areas for improvement in office processes and implement solutions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prioritization skills with ability to multitask effectively
