Concrete Worker

A reputable construction company in Monte-Carlo is seeking experienced and skilled Concrete Workers to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces according to project specifications. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently are key traits we are looking for. This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by setting up forms and ensuring proper alignment for pouring concrete
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools such as shovels, rakes, trowels, etc.
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand or power tools
- Finish concrete surfaces by applying sealants or waterproofing materials
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper hardening of concrete
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with strong manual dexterity
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
- Team player with good communication skills
- Valid biometric passport
