Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager at our bustling establishment in the vibrant city of Os, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations. This includes managing the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotions and events
- Keep track of financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or diploma in hospitality or related field preferred
Salary: 1700$ per month
