Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other team members. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design process, from initial concept development to final construction. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with contractors and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects is preferred
