Contract Administrator
We are currently seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Aarhus. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills, as well as experience in contract management and negotiation. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, and managing contract negotiations with clients and vendors. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, including terms and conditions, pricing agreements, and service level agreements
- Ensuring all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies
- Managing contract negotiations with clients and vendors
- Maintaining accurate records of all contracts
- Identifying potential risks in contracts and proposing solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective communication regarding contract terms
- Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in legal requirements related to contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in contract management or administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of legal terminology and contract law
- Experience negotiating contract terms with clients or vendors is preferred
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Aarhus, Denmark (remote work options available)
Employment Type: Contract (6 months - possibility of extension)
