Part-Time Concierge
Are you a friendly and organized individual looking for a part-time job? Our luxury hotel in Horsens is seeking a Part-Time Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with various tasks to enhance their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries or requests they may have
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events to recommend to guests
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep the lobby area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer competitive pay starting at $1600 per month for this part-time position.
