Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all office operations and procedures, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Draft correspondence and other documents as needed
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Monitor and maintain office budget
- Train new employees on office procedures
- Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Assist with HR duties such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Requirements:
- Must be a Nepali national or have a strong understanding of Nepali culture
- Proficient in English (basic speaking ability is required)
- Prior experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
