Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the architectural design and construction process for our company in Esbjerg. Your main role will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve architectural designs and plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Esbjerg or Denmark
- Experience managing large-scale projects from conception to completion
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. Salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is located in Esbjerg, Denmark. While we prefer candidates who are already located in this city or country, we are open to considering applicants from other locations who are willing to relocate.
