Executive Chef - Fine Dining

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations. This includes menu creation, food preparation and presentation, ordering and inventory management, staff scheduling and training, and ensuring high levels of food quality and sanitation standards are met.
We are looking for a creative individual who is able to bring their own unique flair to our menu offerings while also maintaining the high standards of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in fine dining restaurants, with a proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes.
You must have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will be working closely with other departments within the restaurant. A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required.
