We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. You will manage a team of sales representatives and collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive customer retention
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure the success of our products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance
Salary: $1100 per month + commission based on performance.
Location: This position is based in Oslo but may require occasional travel within Norway.
