Concrete Worker

A reputable construction company in Ufa is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete structures according to project specifications. This position requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and dimensions of structures
- Prepare construction site by clearing debris, setting up forms, and installing rebar
- Mix concrete according to required ratios and pour into designated areas
- Use various tools such as trowels, screeds, and power saws to finish concrete surfaces
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments
- Repair damaged concrete structures as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with concrete in a construction setting
- Strong understanding of construction principles and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Salary: $1500 per month
