Warehouse Operations Coordinator

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations in our facility located in Herzliya. This position requires someone with experience in warehouse management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution
- Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and supervise the loading and unloading of trucks
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of products
- Develop and implement processes for improving efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and other departments to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a warehouse environment
- Proven experience in inventory control, distribution, or logistics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1500$
