We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces based on project specifications. This job requires physical strength and stamina as well as attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting forms for pouring concrete
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools such as shovels, rakes, and trowels
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Apply finishing techniques to create desired texture and appearance
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper drying
- Repair damaged or cracked concrete surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Proficient in mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction work
- Good communication skills (basic English is preferred but not required)
- Indian nationality preferred (but not required)

Salary:
As a Concrete Worker in Izhevsk, Russia you can expect a monthly salary of 1300$. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience and performance.
