We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining concrete structures and surfaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by setting up scaffolding, barricades, and other necessary equipment
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools such as rakes, shovels, and trowels
- Smooth concrete surfaces using power tools or hand tools
- Install reinforcing materials such as rebar or wire mesh to strengthen concrete structures
- Operate heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and pumps
- Repair damaged concrete structures by filling cracks or holes with appropriate materials
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing ratios and curing processes
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in concrete work or related field is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency (French/English)
