Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You should also be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and construction process of architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review designs and plans to ensure they meet standards and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure that all safety standards are met on site
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furnishings, etc.
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- 5+ years of experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, regulations, etc.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Leadership abilities with proven experience managing a team
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail


Salary:
$1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Los Angeles (open for candidates from any nationality)
