Housekeeping Manager


A reputable hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff to ensure a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and evaluating staff performance
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are kept clean and well-maintained according to hotel standards
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and address any issues immediately
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or needs from guests
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency of the housekeeping department
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees by adhering to safety regulations and providing proper training
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within a hotel housekeeping department
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

City:
This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian candidates.
