Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including but not limited to managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and increasing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets effectively
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage budgets and increase profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Russian language is required; knowledge of English is a plus
