Facade Design Engineer/Architect

As a Facade Design Engineer/Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the external building envelope of various structures in Wiltz. Your main objective will be to create aesthetically pleasing and functional facades that meet the client's requirements while adhering to local building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to develop facade design concepts
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and ensure feasibility of design proposals
- Review shop drawings from contractors and provide necessary feedback for revisions
- Coordinate with structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and other consultants to ensure integration of facade design with the overall building structure
- Conduct thermal analysis and energy modeling to optimize energy efficiency of facades
- Perform cost estimation and value engineering to meet project budget requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to facade design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferably in Facade Design)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design for commercial or residential buildings
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling software (Sketchup, Rhino)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to facades
- Strong understanding of structural principles and construction methods for facades
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1000 per month
