Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in Sheduva. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the construction and repair of various structures, including buildings, walls, and roads. You will be expected to have excellent knowledge of masonry techniques and materials, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the work of masons and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Plan and coordinate the use of materials, tools, and equipment for each project
- Read blueprints or technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Inspect worksites regularly to ensure quality standards are being met
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure projects meet all requirements
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and costs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with team members and other professionals involved in projects

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva (accommodation not provided)
