Office Assistant
We are in need of an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate person/department
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them or take messages
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail/couriers
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Schedule appointments/meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciling expenses
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month. We welcome applications from Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English. Students looking for part-time work are also encouraged to apply. Applicants must have their own visa.
