Barista

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at our coffee shop in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other hot or cold beverages to our customers. You will also be expected to have knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders and accurately process payments using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient, and personalized service
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines in handling food and drinks
- Train new hires on barista duties and expectations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art is required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent is required

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait (accommodation provided)

This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. This is an urgent job opening so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
