Architecture Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from concept development to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure project deliverables are met within budget and timeline
- Conduct site visits and progress checks to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications
- Review project drawings, documents, and contracts for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Provide guidance on technical issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise during the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- In-depth understanding of building codes, regulations, construction processes, and materials
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with provided accommodation
