As a Teamlead in Karachi, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve project objectives and meet client expectations. You will oversee the team's daily operations and ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently. Your role will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the project at hand.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with agile methodology is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Karachi. However, we are open to candidates from other cities within Pakistan who are willing to relocate.

Experience:
We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience as a Teamlead or in a similar leadership role. Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Pakistan.
