Job Title: Industrial Alpinist

As an Industrial Alpinist, you will work at height on various industrial projects, using specialized climbing and roping techniques. You will be responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations on structures such as towers, bridges, and buildings. Your role will also involve rigging equipment and materials for hoisting and lowering, as well as ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial alpinism or a related field
- Ability to work at height in various weather conditions
- Strong physical fitness and endurance
- Knowledge of climbing and roping techniques
- Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Valid work permit or visa for Vilnius
- Fluent English proficiency (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)

Salary: $1200 per month
