Sales Representative

We are a growing retail company based in Faro, seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking events, and other methods
- Present and demonstrate our products to customers in a professional manner
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages will be considered a plus)
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one
