Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to oversee our team of architects in St. Petersburg. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in developing innovative and sustainable architectural solutions
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Review and approve all architectural drawings and plans
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Mentor and train junior architects to develop their skills
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team of architects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
