Architectural Manager


We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg. As the Architectural Manager, you will oversee and lead the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will also include managing a team of architects, engineers, and designers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in St. Petersburg

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process for new construction projects
- Review architectural plans for compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control during construction

Salary: $1700 per month
