Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, as well as managing a team of architects and engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee the development of architectural designs, plans, and specifications
- Review and approve all project drawings and documents
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month depending on qualifications and experience.

City:
This position is based in St. Petersburg. However, we welcome applicants from other cities in Russia.

Nationality:
Preference will be given to Indian candidates with fluent English speaking abilities. Candidates from other nationalities may also apply.

We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have their own valid work visa for Russia.
