Locksmith Technician

A reputable locksmith company in Akron is seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about locks and security systems and has a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a locksmith and be able to handle various types of locks and security equipment. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for providing lock installation, repair, and maintenance services to our clients. This is a full-time contract position with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain all types of locks including traditional and electronic systems
- Provide emergency lockout services for residential, commercial, and automotive clients
- Create new keys using key cutting machines
- Troubleshoot issues with locks and security systems
- Keep accurate records of work done for billing purposes
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the locksmith industry

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a locksmith
- Knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Great customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent in English (Malayalees or Pakistani preferred)

Salary:
We offer competitive salary package starting at $1600 per month based on experience level.
