We are seeking a skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for safely moving and placing heavy objects on construction sites using various equipment, such as cranes and forklifts. Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Operate cranes, forklifts, and other equipment to move and place materials
- Communicate with ground workers and crane operators to safely guide loads into place
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications to determine proper materials placement
- Keep detailed records of materials moved and placed for accurate inventory tracking

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Slinger or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy lifting
- Ability to operate various types of equipment with precision and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.
