Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the hotel's products and services to potential clients. This includes developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy rates by securing new business and maintaining existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all client needs are met during their stay at the hotel
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Shan (accommodation provided)
Preferred nationality: Indian
Language requirement: Fluent in English
