Location: Siauliai, Lithuania


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team of architects in Siauliai. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your duties will include creating project plans, managing budgets and timelines, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this position. This is a contract job with a salary of $1100 per month. Visa sponsorship is not provided, so candidates must have their own valid work visa for Lithuania. This role is suitable for both men and women from any nationality with proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans based on client requirements, budget, and timeline
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the design process
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to plans, budget, and schedule
- Communicate with clients throughout the project to provide updates and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Review architectural drawings and make necessary changes or improvements
- Collaborate with contractors during construction phase to resolve any design issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Lead team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Must have a valid work visa for Lithuania
