We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, as well as restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions or concerns
- Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and grinders to make drinks according to recipes
- Ensure the quality of all drinks by following proper techniques for measuring ingredients and maintaining consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area by wiping down counters, tables, and equipment regularly
- Restock supplies throughout the day to ensure availability of ingredients for drinks
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when supplies are running low
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in barista skills is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and drink recipes
- Ability to operate various equipment used in making coffee drinks
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary: 1300$ per month
